They may not be real royalty, but Hilary Duff and her older sister Haylie look Kensington-Palace-ready in Hil's throwback pic on Instagram.
The two toddlers are decked out in coordinating red outfits, and both are rocking some flashy gold headgear: Haylie's sporting a crown fit for a mini queen while Hilary's gone the princess route with a tiara. Makes sense—the older sibling is first in line for the throne, after all.
Although the Duff sisters both grew up to become red-carpet queens, we have to say, the pink and purple feather accents don't really go with the outfits. But fashion prowess comes with time.
Right before Hil's throwback hit Instagram, Haylie beat her to it, posting a photo that appears even older than Hilary's. She captioned the pic asking if fans saw the resemblance between their baby faces and those of their own kids! "@hilaryduff sent me this gem yesterday," she wrote. "I see a ton of Luca and a ton of Ryan! Do you??"
Haylie's daughter, Ryan, celebrated her first birthday in May, while Hilary's son Luca is already four years old. Just like their moms, Ryan's a natural brunette while Luca has bright blond locks! (Both moms have tried tons of hair trends, but it seems that they've finally both settled on wavy blond tresses.)
