Gigi Hadid is supporting her man in his time of turmoil.

Zayn Malik, with whom she had recently gotten back together following a short split, canceled his Saturday show at London's Capital Summertime Ball. The 23-year-old former One Direction singer said on Twitter the "anxiety that has haunted me throughout the last few months around live performances has gotten the better of me" and that "with the magnitude of the event, I have suffered the worst anxiety of my career."

Hadid, 21, posted a response to Malik's tweet Sunday. It was addressed to "@zaynmalik ♥".

"Z - I've seen the battles you go through and the way you fight to get to a place that allows you to get up there for your fans," the model wrote. "Your bravery in those times makes me proud, but your honesty last night proved what you're all about, being real. Human recognizes human. You made the best of the situation and have given your fans an opportunity to understand you better as a performer."

"Those who can find compassion now are the ones that deserve to watch you continue to grow," she continued. "We are all here to support you and make each experience easier. Your talent and good heart will never lead you wrong. Love you and so proud of you always :) xG."

Hadid and Malik split a few weeks ago after dating on and off for about seven months, E! News had learned. The two have not commented about their relationship. A source had said earlier this month the two have "broken up and got back together a few times" and another insider said the pair could "likely get back together."

Which is what they did—Hadid and Malik stepped out together in New York City last week after reconciling.

"Gigi and Zayn are back together," a source told E! News at the time. "They spent part of this week together and spoke about some issues they had and decided they want to work it out with each other."

"Gigi loves Zayn so much and wanted to make things work," the source added.
