It's no surprise that a lot of Hollywood stars have gone under knife to makeover parts about their appearance they don't like. However, it does become a surprise when those celebs end up transforming into a new, barely recognizable person.
Case in point: Lil' Kim.
The female rapper has hit headlines lately for hanging out with Kim Kardashian and dropping a new album, but nothing has been talked about more than her face. She looks nothing like she did during her career explosion in the '90s with lighter eyes, a smaller nose and fuller cheeks.
Meanwhile, after staying out of the spotlight for quite some time, Renée Zellwegger reappeared when she attended Elle's Women in Hollywood Awards in 2014, looking entirely different. While she hasn't talked about any plastic surgery, she has acknowledged her new appearance.
"I'm glad folks think I look different," she explained at the time. "I'm living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I'm thrilled that perhaps it shows."
