Mariah Carey has been working on her health and fitness, but it's not just to look good on her wedding day with James Packer...it's for everything!

The singer sat down with The Talk co-host and Entertainment Tonight special correspondent Sharon Osbourne and discussed the diet she's been following and why she's sticking to it.

"I've been pretty consistent with this bleak diet that I am on," she explained, prompting Osbourne to ask if the wedding is motivating her. "You know, it was the whole situation that made me want to try and be better for all," she responded. "And then we do have to get fittings and dresses!"

However, the 46-year-old admits that keeping up with her diet and fitness as well has her Las Vegas residency, her new E! show and the wedding is a little daunting. "There's a lot on my plate," she can't help but exclaim.

Not to mention, she also has two little kiddos to take care of: her five-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan. In fact, Mariah got to chatting about her son's latest obsession with "boobies and butts," which she recently alluded to in her GLAAD Media Awards speech.

"That's his password...But what am I supposed to do? It's inappropriate, but they're obsessed with these things at that age!" she laughed. "He'll be like, 'What's the password?' and you'll expect 'please' or 'thank you,' you know, a normal password, but he's just like, 'boobies and butts!' It's a bit much, but I'm trying!"

Meanwhile, during an interview with Extra, Mariah's ex Nick Cannon cleared the air on the rumors that he was holding up the divorce proceedings against the elusive chanteuse.

"There's nothing to tell… the media has a problem of sensationalism... me and Mariah get along great, and it's a process, nobody is holding nothing up. Why would I hold it up? I want her to be happy."

Cannon added, "She is such a beautiful spirit, and we put the kids first."

Make sure to look out for Mariah's World, which will premiere on E! later this year.
