Well, color us inspired. Of most note, though, is her devotion to superfood ingredients, like chia seeds, which she often puts in her morning smoothies. Since we're also keen on reversing the signs of aging, we asked celeb nutritionist Elissa Goodman to share her go-to chia seed smoothie recipe, too.
"Chia seeds have become a popular superfood: They're nutrient dense, promoting digestive health and boosting metabolism and energy," explained the holistic nutritionist.

1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 T. cacao powder
3 T. chia seeds
1 T. macadamia nut butter
2-3 drops Omica stevia
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
