"When Some Jerk Parks in the Middle of Two Parking Spots" Mood: You're annoyed, to say the least…maybe even angry. Channel all that hostility into a solid jab-cross-jab-hook combo. Stars like Demi Lovato, Gigi Hadid and Amanda Seyfried love a good boxing session to strengthen their core, tone their arms and it's a kick-butt cardio session. Whether you're sparring the bag or another human, you are releasing some pent-up energy. "Not a pro but I'm having so much fun taking out all my stress and aggression in this," Demi wrote about boxing with her trainers in a recent Instagram post.

"When You're Sitting in the Middle Seat of a Red-Eye Flight for 8 Hours" Mood: You're so tense. A massage sounds nice, but you could also shake it out, like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, in a class at Body by Simone. Celeb trainer Simone de la Rue's cardio-dance classes are popular among the model set (stay tuned for her workout tutorial, coming here soon)—the routine gets you bikini ready and, even better, you won't be bored. Not in LA or NYC? You can purchase her DVD here.

"When You Need Silence" Mood: Call it an LA pastime, but it seems like everyone in Hollywood loves a good hike—Selena Gomez included. Whether it's two miles or 12, it's a chance to breathe, think and even mediate. It's necessary "me" time with a low-impact workout attached. Not every fitness session should feel so intense.

Filmed another Khlo-Fit with @gunnarfitness this morning ???????? Static squat on a bosu ball ??

"When You've Just Binge-Watched Game of Thrones" Mood: You're in a haze and lacking focus. Channel your inner Khloe Kardashian and do squats on a BOSU (Both Sides Utilized) ball. Because one side off the ball is unstable, you need to focus and really engage those core muscles to find balance. Khloe's trainer, Gunner Peterson, is known for customizing workout equipment to get the most out of his clients (stay tuned for his booty workout tips!).

My new obsession.... Booty Belt! ??This contraption is amazing! #ManicMonday #BootyBelt #FitnessFun #fabletics

"When You Just Watched Beyoncé in Concert" Mood: The Formation tour? Epic. But how does Bey keep booty-popping like that for two hours straight? Kate Hudson might know: Try a resistance belt to help you sculpt body parts faster. Should you need to do leg lifts to tone up the glutes, it'll definitely feel harder, as it uses your body's weight against you, but the impact will be worth it!

Once again @iamjjdancer kicks my A**

"When You're About to See Your Ex at an Upcoming Wedding" Mood: No time for dilly-dallying—you're about to see a former flame, who just happened to cheat on you, and want to show him or her what they lost. You want to go hard! And no one goes harder that celeb trainer Jennifer Johnson a.k.a. JJ Dancer. (Just ask Jenna Dewan Tatum). The dancer/fitness guru is the mastermind of high-intensity circuit training that helps burn the fat right off. (Stay tuned for her lesson in squats, coming here soon.)

"When You're Hungover AF" Mood: Sure, you could stay in bed and sleep off last night's decisions or you could get yourself to hot yoga and sweat out the toxins and any stress along the way. The room temperature will get your blood circulation going, while you will learn how to correctly breathe, attain deeper flexibility and focus your mind. Let stars like Lea Michele and Jennifer Aniston be your inspiration. You might not even want the greasy breakfast sandwich after…

Just hanging ?????? @barre_core @mariabarrecore

"When You Know You're About to Get in Big Trouble" Mood: Whether it's a work or personal relationship, you effed up. You're tense and nervous but still willing to fix the isolated incident—and a barre class will help you do that. Just ask supermodel Jourdan Dunn. A barre class will target an area and help you define, tone and elongate your body without gaining bulky muscles attached to regular workouts.

"When You're so Low That a $30 Class Feels Worth It" Mood: Whether work anxiety is getting to you or you're feeling neurotic over that new love interest, a group spinning class will do you wonders. It's no secret celebs like Vanessa Hudgens and Hilary Duff swear by SoulCycle—the music coupled with group choreography and empowering instructors will help anyone at their lowest feel a part of something bigger than themselves. The price tag for one class is a bit steep, but for 45 minutes, you're boss.
