It's hard to believe that it's been seven years since the very first episode of Glee aired on television screens everywhere.
Lea Michele posted a black-and-white throwback shot showing the entire cast before the show become a household name and penned a touching tribute to the beloved series.
"#tbt 7 years ago…It's unbelievable how quickly time can go by…To think we aired 7 years ago today…Found this photo from our Upfronts trip to NYC just days before the premiere. We were all so excited."
The actress added, "We went around the table and each said something we loved about each other…No matter where we all are now…I will always think back to this night. #glee."
OK, before you tear up, look at how young everyone looks!
The photo shows Michele huddling in front with Heather Morris, Dianna Agron and Harry Shum Jr. while Chris Colfer, Mark Salling, Cory Monteith, Naya Rivera, Kevin McHale and Jenna Ushkowitz gathered around.
Shortly after the series finale, Matthew Morrison opened up to E! News about how emotional it was to film the final scenes of the show.
"There were a lot of hugs and a lot of tears," he said, adding, "It's been an amazing almost seven years." That it was.
