Not everyone can be so smooth

"Me Too" never seemed more appropriate.

Meghan Trainor took a tumble on The Tonight Show Thursday while performing "Me Too," but she totally owned her recovery. Of course, she's far from the first pop star to wipe out onstage, so we know that there are definitely musicians out there who watched her fall flat on her back and said to themselves, "Oh man, that has happened to me, too."

Demi Lovato has fallen more times than we can count, and Harry Styles is no stranger to face planting, either. Sometimes it's a faulty contraption that leads to their tumbles, and other times it's genuine clumsiness. Regardless, it's amazing. Here is our ranking of pop stars' best falls. (Note: some musicians are repeat offenders.).

11. Demi's Jingle Ball Fall: Closing out a 20-minute set with "Cool for the Summer," Demi nearly walked away accident-free, but tripped over a mic stand at the last second. Cameras caught her lying flat on her back, but she embraced her fumble and even posted on social media about it afterwards.

10. Demi's WE Day Fall: While walking down the plank-like structure, Demi speeds up as she heads down the two steps and wipes out. Ever the classy faller, Demi put her hands in the air to celebrate her achievement.

9. Ariana Grande's Toronto Tumble: While performing her hit "Bang Bang," the 22-year-old songstress fell while running in her signature Christian Louboutin boots. Ouch!

8. Harry Styles in Toronto: There must be something in the water in this Canadian city because the One Direction crooner also tripped while performing. Mid-jump, Harry stumbled over his feet and failed to make the landing.

7. Selena Gomez's Stars Dance Fall: There should be a warning that reads, "Don't jump around in high heels." Selena did it anyway, and fell right in place while performing onstage. Fortunately, she got right back up and continued like nothing had happened.

6. Harry Styles in San Diego: This particular wipeout ranks higher than his Canada fall because the poor guy didn't go down right away. Instead, Harry kept on tripping, despite trying to steady himself, only to land flat on his face off to the side.

5. Madonna's Brit Awards Fall: And this is exactly why Edna Mode says, "No capes!" The "Material Girl" songstress proved she literally had too much material when her cape got caught onstage and she flew backwards. Despite the scary fall, she recovered and was totally fine.

4. Justin Bieber's Canadian Fall: While performing with Carly Rae Jepsen in their home country of Canada, Justin tumbled all the way down the stairs. Thankfully Carly was there to save him and pick him back up.

3. Meghan Trainor's Tonight Show Tumble: At the very end of an energizing performance of "Me Too," Trainor tripped and fell flat on her back. Jimmy Fallon helped take some of the shame away by lying on the floor next to her. Way to be a pal!

2. Demi Lovato's "Cool for the Summer" Pool Party Fall: Coming in at second place, Demi's wet and wild tumble! She slipped and slid, landing right on her face, but instead of running off she said "f--k it" and jumped right into the water. "#NotCoolForTheSummer," she tweeted.

1. Michelle Williams: It was the fall of all falls. Williams completely wiped out while performing with Destiny's Child, and both Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland ignored her and kept on dancing. Instead, people offstage helped her get back up and into the routine. Hilariously enough, she still has a sense of humor about it, as she tweeted to Meghan Trainor Friday.
