The Sports Illustrated model and husband John Legend went to Chrissy's mom's house for a family crab feast, where everyone enjoyed boiled crabs, slaw, corn, potatoes and more delicious eats. The new mom, who gave birth to daughter Luna Simone only three weeks ago, arrived in a fashionable but laid-back outfit that will you have you running out to by a solid pair of jean shorts.
Chrissy wore an off-the-shoulder black top, strappy gladiator sandals and jean shorts that put her long, enviable legs on display. She wore her hair in a topknot and appeared makeup free for the feast. Her mom (now a grandma!), Vilailuck Teigen, shared several pictures from the festivities on Instagram.
In one picture Chrissy and John look like a very happy couple while cozied up to each other. In another photo Chrissy holds baby Luna while friends make funny faces at the camera. "Visiting Lulu #fablife," Vilailuck captioned the funny moment.
Luna appeared to be the life of the party, making her way around the room to meet all of her mom's friends and family members.
Chrissy and John welcomed Luna Simone April 14. She weighed 6 pounds and 11 ounces. "She's here!" Chrissy wrote on Instagram a couple of days after she was born. "Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy."
"Our new love is here!" John, whose birth name is John Roger Stephens, tweeted. "Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th. We couldn't be happier!"
The world got to meet Luna on the couple's social media profiles and quickly realized just how adorable their baby girl really is. Chrissy shared a photo of Luna taking a bath, and was too precious to handle—even Chrissy couldn't get a grip! "bath time is tooooo cute! my heart, it hurts," the model captioned the photo.
One thing is clear: Luna is a spitting image of her daddy!
