AKM-GSIOne Direction has its very first dad.
E! News confirms that Briana Jungwirth, a Los Angeles-based stylist who was romantically involved with Louis Tomlinson in 2015, gave birth to their first child, a boy, in L.A. Thursday. People first reported the birth.
In July, E! News confirmed that the two were expecting a baby. Tomlinson later talked about the pregnancy on Good Morning America, saying, "Obviously it's a very exciting time, so I'm buzzing."
A source had told E! News that the British singer was "super excited" and will be a very "hands-on" dad. His One Direction bandmate Liam Payne said in August in an interview with Magic Radio that Tomlinson is "very excited with what's going on with him at the moment" and is "taking it very seriously," adding that Jungwirth is a "lovely girl."
Tomlinson met Jungwirth earlier this year through mutual friends after he and Eleanor Calder, his longtime girlfriend, broke up. They were first spotted together in public at Snoop Dogg's album release party in May. The status of their current relationship remains unknown. However, Tomlinson has since been linked to reported girlfriend Danielle Campbell. The "Perfect" singer was photographed with The Originals actress in Chicago days before Christmas, and they were seen together again in London just before New Year's Eve.
