House of Cards, Season 3David Giesbrecht for Netflix

Too soon, Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey). Too soon.

In House of Cards' latest season four teaser, the Netflix hit is cheekily referencing our fictional POTUS' murderous past, reminding us of Zoe Barnes' (Kate Mara) death. (You'll remember that Frank pushed her in front of a train in the season two premiere after she was close to revealing some of his misdeeds).

At first focusing on flowers on the track, a nod to Barnes' death, the camera soon pulls up, showing one of Frank's 2016 campaign posters.

His slogan? "Putting America Back on Track." Ouch. But also, amazing. (We basically became the monkey covering his mouth emoji when we first saw the poster!)

This isn't House of Card's first cheeky season four promo, as the show used the the Dec. 15 GOP debates to announce the season four premiere date. During one of the commercial breaks, a promo featuring Spacey in character as Frank approving the message for his own campaign (#FU2016), along with the March 4 release date reveal. (It was pretty genius.)

When we last saw the Underwoods, Claire (Robin Wright) had left Frank after a crazy series of events fractured the power couple. That should certainly shake up the election!

Season four of House of Cards premieres March 4, 2016 on Netflix.
