A man who has reportedly been arrested for allegedly sending sexually-explicit material to 12-year-old Dance Moms star Jojo Siwa now says he has contacted multiple girls from the show.

Phoenix Sundown, who, according to TMZ, was arrested Tuesday for sending explicit material to a minor, was interviewed from his jail cell by San Diego's 10 News

Sundown told 10 News that he also sent 11 packages to Dance Moms star Maddie Ziegler, who is 12 years old and most famous for appearing in Sia's music videos. He also said that he doesn't see anything wrong with behavior because he is communicating with the girls through cryptic messages on social media and said they use codes to confuse advertisers.

"Seems like, oh this dude is 'way obsessed,' but no one is recognizing that there's communication going on," he said.
