Jason Wahler's legal life is beachy keen once more.

The Hills and former Laguna Beach cad has settled a second assault, battery and civil rights-violating lawsuit stemming from his August 2007 bust-up with a Los Angeles tow truck driver.

On Friday, Jonathan Wallace, a Department of Transportation worker who also claimed to be victimized by the reality star in the incident, filed papers in the Los Angeles Superior Court stating that his case against Wahler had been settled out of court.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, though the resolution now voids the scheduled Nov. 26 start date for the case.

Word of the settlement comes in the wake of a jury's decision that the 21-year-old must pay tow truck driver Dario Stevenson $20,000 in damages in a separate lawsuit over the same incident.

Wallace testified during Stevenson's trial that he suffered a black eye and broken hand in the incident after Wahler thrust his chest into him and hit his left eye. He also claims Wahler launched an N-bomb-laced tirade against him during the encounter.

Wahler has yet to comment on the settlement.

The reality star pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery and disturbing the peace in the criminal case stemming from the incident.
