Step Aside, Cara Delevingne! Gigi Hadid Scores Her First Topshop Campaign

Check out the it-model's latest campaign with the British retailer

Move over, Cara Delevingne—there's a new top Topshop model in town.

For her latest high-profile modeling gig, Gigi Hadid is lending her gorgeous face to Topshop for the brand's fall 2015 campaign. The 20-year-old it-model also joins Ciara—whose debut ads for the British brand have yet to be released—as one of Topshop's newest talents along with two already established members of the Topshop family, Kylie and Kendall Jenner

And not to worry—while yes, Gigi is taking over for pal Cara D as Topshop's model muse (she's been their go-to gal for the past few seasons), Cara's been on a modeling hiatus since adding actress to her resume and staring in her first flick, Paper Towns, so we doubt there's any bad blood.

For her debut campaign, Gigi brings her own blend of California-cool and cosmopolitan sophistication into the mix for the U.K.-based label's fall ads.

Sporting a plunging black tuxedo jacket, the model gives the camera a piercing glance as she rocks barely-there makeup with a strawberry tinted pout and tousled blond hair. From tight LBDs and lace-up heels to British school girl-inspired jumpers and bright orange sweaters, there's no doubt that the A-list model absolutely delivers the undeniably chic look for which the brand is famous.

"Working with Gigi Hadid on this campaign continues to strengthen our international vision for the Topshop brand," Sir Phillip Green, Chairman of Topshop's parent company the Arcadia Group, said via press release. "We are continually developing our footprint across all markets with ambitious plans both in the UK and internationally and I feel like Gigi is an ideal ambassador to underpin these efforts."

Since invading the U.S. retail scene with its first standalone store in 2009, Topshop hasn't wasted anytime recruiting A-list celebs stateside for its new campaigns. Lest we forget, Beyoncé herself is just a tad head-over-heels for the brand, and even partnered with the them to launch an activewear collaboration. And as we mentioned earlier, Kendall and Kylie are also buddy-buddy with the brand, having launched their Los Angeles-inspired capsule collection for Topshop this summer.

And while her ads still remain a mystery, let's not forget the sweet Twitter reaction Ciara's Topshop announcement spurred from beau Russell Wilson last month.

Hint, hint, Joe Jonas: Perhaps a sweet shout out is in order for Gigi, too!
