Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is for this fellow former Bachelor contestant to show up in Paradise.

OK, not really, but that was basically the gist of the letters written by the Bachelor in Paradise stars to producers when they agreed to join the cast of the franchise's hit spinoff that gives them a second chance at love.

And when E! News hit the gorgeous set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico, we asked fan-favorites such as Ashley Iaconetti, Ashley Salter, Tenley Molzahn, Mikey Tenerelli and more to reveal who they were hoping to date in Paradise and their answers are definitely...surprising!

ABC

It sounds like Clare Crawley, the only cast member to return from the first season, was a popular pick among the BIP men as Mikey told us, "Clare was one of my numbers ones," and Kirk DeWindt also said, "I was hoping Tenley and Clare would be here!"

Unfortunately for Kirk, Tenley said she'd been out of the Bachelor game for so long (last appearing on Bachelor Pad), joking that she "needed a poster of all the men" to choose from.

One lady who definitely had her dream list packed along with her bathing suits and make-up? Ashley I., who said, "I think all these girls wanted to see Ben H, Cupcake and then definitely Jared and Brooks." Oh, and she also wanted to see a former Bachelorette's ex-fiance!

ABC

Of course, we also had to know which members of Bachelor Nation they didn't want to see in Paradise. And there was definitely a theme among all the ladies: Kelsey Poe, the girl with such "a great story" and who was accused of faking a panic attack during Chris Soules' season, was not welcome.

And while Ashley I. originally hoped JJ Lane from Kaitlyn Bristowe's season wouldn't show up (Spoiler alert: he does!), she ended up being so glad he washed ashore.  "JJ is like my best friend now," she gushed. "He is the greatest, kindest-souled man in the entire world…he's a golden boy. All the girls here relied on him for advice and emotional support."

Bachelor in Paradise premieres Sunday, Aug. 2 on ABC.
