Time to face the music?
Nick Gordon has been served with a $10 million lawsuit filled by Bobbi Kristina Brown's state-appointed conservator, according to multiple reports. The New York Daily News obtained a video of Gordon being handed a manila envelope by a process server as he left a Starbucks in Longwood, Fla.
In the clip, a bystander asks Gordon "What is that?" in reference to the envelope, to which he replied, "I have no idea."
E! News reached out to Gordon for comment but did not receive an immediate response. No criminal charges against Gordon have been filed.
According to the Daily News and People, however, these papers were the civil suit filed by Bobbi Kristina's conservator on June 24. Last month, E! News obtained a copy of this suit, which alleges Gordon committed domestic violence on Bobbi Kristina ("including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair") and "routinely" transferred funds "into an account controlled solely by him" without having her consent or authorization.
Gordon, who has since completed a stint in rehab, is also accused in the suit of having stolen $11,000 from Bobbi Kristina's account after she was hospitalized earlier this year.
