Lena Dunham, we feel you.

The Girls creator spoke last night at the Film Society of Lincoln Center and admitted that her recent onstage appearance during Taylor Swift's New Jersey concert left her feeling less than awesome, and here's why…

"I was so thrilled to support my friend and so displeased to learn about the truth of my own height," she shared with the crowd.

Dunham joined several leggy beauties alongside T.Swift—Lily Aldridge, Gigi Hadid and Hailee Steinfeld—during Friday night's MetLife Stadium show.

"I've been feeling pretty tall, feeling pretty sturdy, and it was amazing to me, like, 'Oh, I'm not tall, I'm chubby.' It's different. But I mean, on most days, I feel really great and fine about my body, but I don't think standing next to, like, three supermodels or so is anything even the most confident woman needs to do."

The actress continued, "When I socialize with those women, which I've done a little bit, because they're good friends of Taylor's, who is a good friend of mine, I don't feel so strange. But the minute I caught sight of myself in the Jumobtron, I knew something was very wrong."

We gotta love the bestselling author telling it like it is, yet again.

But that's not all the news coming out of Dunham's world today! It was just announced that Dunham, along with her Girls showrunner Jenni Konner, will be launching a weekly newsletter for young women beginning in September dubbed Lenny.

Dunham told BuzzFeed that the newsletter will be for "an army of like-minded intellectually curious women and the people who love them, who want to bring change but also want to know, like, where to buy the best tube top for summer that isn't going to cost your entire paycheck."
