The 41-year-old actress took to Instagram today to share a photo of the 34-year-old actor's pooch, George, sticking out his tongue in a rather aww-worthy manner.
"Take that Monday blues," the Place Beyond the Pines star captioned the pic.
But that's not all she had to say! If you take a peek at the comments, you can see that Mendes personally responds to a number of fans—while inadvertently sharing some scoop about baby Esmeralda, her first child with the hunky Lost River stud!
In response to one fan who wrote, "Hope your pup has adjusted well to the baby," the brunette stunner replied, "he's so sweet with her!!," adding two heart emojis.
Another commenter also suggested that Mendes create an Instagram account for George. "that'd be so cute," the Hitch star wrote.
Meanwhile, Mendes, who is looking better than ever less than one year after giving birth, recently revealed that she works out "three times a week" and doesn't follow a strict diet.
"I think eating anything you want as long as it's in moderation is good," she said.
Still, the new mom is not a fan of hiting the gym. "I am not the girl who's like, ‘Oh yeah, I gotta get my workout in today.' That is not me," she previously told E! News. "It's something I accepted quite a few years ago. I was like, ‘OK, this has to be part of my life. Just to stay healthy.' But working out, it's not fun. It's not fun."
