We finally have another peek into Teresa Giudice's prison life.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who is currently serving a 15-month sentence for fraud charges in Danbury, Conn., has been writing about her experiences in a journal and plans to use the material for a memoir, US Weekly reports

Last week, Giudice spoke out from prison for the second time (her 13-year-old daughter Gia, posted a tweet on her behalf), and admitted that this has been the "most difficult time."

So, what's life like for the mother of four behind bars? Take a look at Us Weekly's excerpts from her journal

January 26, Day 21
I went to lunch at 10:20. I had tater tots, a soy burger that was so gross and orange! I also had some potato salad. They feed us so much here. I'm going to have potatoes coming out of my ears pretty soon!

February 1, Day 27
Great Mass. I enjoy [going to church], it makes me feel good after I go and during. I feel like God is really present there with me.

There is a lady in here, she hit her roommate. The officers are up here now to evaluate the situation. She is a crazy lady who fights with everyone.

Her diary entries echo what her attorney, James J. Leonard, previously told E! News of his client.

"She's taking care of her body, she's taking care of her mind...She's reprioritizing things in her life," he exclusively revealed to us in May. "I think she's going to emerge stronger, more focused. She's getting back in touch with her faith. She's spending a lot of time praying in there and I think the Teresa that comes out of prison is going to wow people."

Upon completion of her sentence, Teresa's husband of 15 years, Joe Giudice, 42, will serve 41 months in prison. Their sentences have been staggered so that one parent came remain at home with their four children, Gia Giudice, 13, Gabriela Giudice, 10, Milania Giudice, 8, and Audriana Giudice, 5

Meanwhile, Joe and his family have begun filming their new Bravo special which follows their day-to-day life while Teresa is in prison.
