First there was Valentine's Day. Then there was New Year's Eve.

Now, there's Mother's Day.

Gary Marshall is developing a star-studded feature film focused on the intertwined lives of mothers as the holiday approaches, with Julia Roberts attached to star. The star's casting, which was first reported by Deadline Tuesday, will reteam her with the director for the fourth time after they worked together on 1990's Pretty Woman, 1999's Runaway Bride and 2010's ensemble rom-com Valentine's Day. The Academy Award winner won't be the only marquee name to appear in Marshall's latest endeavor, of course. Horrible Bosses 2 actress Jennifer Aniston is also in negotiations, a source confirms to E! News.

Kate Hudson and Jason Sudeikis are in talks, too, according to Deadline.

CAA, which represents the four actors, will represent the film's domestic distribution rights. The project will begin shooting in August and the project is out to buyers and distributors. Lily Hollander and Anya Kochoff-Romano wrote the script. PalmStar Media is financing the comedy. Ankur Rungta is the executive producer; Kevin Frakes, Mike Karz and Wayne Rice are producers.

Marshall has enjoyed immense success with these types of films.

In addition to Roberts, the filmmaker's Valentine's Day cast included Jessica Alba, Kathy Bates, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Eric Dane, Patrick Dempsey, Héctor Elizondo, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Topher Grace, Anne Hathaway, Ashton Kutcher, Queen Latifah, Taylor Lautner, George Lopez, Shirley MacLaine, Emma Roberts and Taylor Swift. The film earned more than $216 million at the box office.

Biel, Elizondo and Kutcher returned for New Year's Eve. Halle Berry, Jake T. Austin, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin, Robert De Niro, Josh Duhamel, Zac Efron, Katherine Heigl, Ludacris, Seth Meyers, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Pfeiffer, Til Schweiger, Hilary Swank and Sofía Vergara rounded out the cast. Filmed on a reported $56 million budget, the flick earned more than $142 million at the box office.
