The "Wrecking Ball" singer, who recently proved that she can smoke mid-headstand (namaste, indeed), put the "sneak peek" in "sneak peek" last night when she shared a BTS shot from a Paper magazine shoot.
In the subtly steamy Polaroid taken by bestie Cheyne Thomas, Miley is puffing away while letting her plush white robe drift off of one shoulder, revealing what appears to be the edge of her left nipple.
So apparently Paper is still in the business of attempting to break the Internet...

All in a day's work, really.
Miley's heart-shaped sunglasses reappeared Thursday when she stepped out to run errands in Los Angeles in nothing but long baggy shorts and a string bikini top, her super-fit abs a result of all that yoga and hiking she's been up to.
But perhaps she was headed to the beach at some point? There have been reports of newly single Miley hanging out with ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth on the super-down-low in L.A., though they've managed to fly way under the radar if that's the case.
"Miley would keep this very private if she were doing this," a source close to the singer tells E! News. "They are cordial, but they aren't friends...I would be incredibly surprised if [Liam] jumped back in."
Funny enough, they were supposedly having low-key meet-ups back in September, too, but an insider said at the time that they were "not likely to reconcile."
