Blake Lively made a welcome return to Live! With Kelly and Michael Tuesday. "Congratulations! You've had a baby since we last saw you!" Kelly Ripa said.

"I did have a baby, yes! A little girl," said the 27-year-old Age of Adaline actress, who looked stylish in a Preserve.us jumpsuit, Charlotte Olympia heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels. Kelly's co-host Michael Strahan said he loves Blake's daughter's name, James Reynolds, and asked how motherhood has changed her life.

"Oh, gosh! Well this, first of all, has changed," Blake said, pointing to her body.

"Congratulations!" Kelly told her.

"Thank you! Thank you," Blake replied. "Congratulate my husband!" Aside from the physical changes associated with being pregnant, the actress said, "Everything is different. You see a balcony and you're like, 'Oh, my God! The hotel needs to demolish this balcony because my child can't go anywhere near it.' Everything is just so much more heightened. We're crying all the time for no reason."

She isn't resting much either, saying, "I slept two hours last night."

Blake and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, are very hands-on with James.

"The last time when Ryan was here, he smelled like baby powder. He was knee-deep in being a dad," Michael said. The actress laughed and told him, "Now he just smells like poop...he's in full diaper duty." Blake said the Deadpool star "likes the big ones, because they're easier, so her diapers are like up to her chest."

After seeing photos of Blake as a child, Kelly asked, "Does she resemble one of you already?" Blake joked, "I think she looks like her daddy. I want a maternity test!"

Blake, whose mom was in the audience, also shared one of her favorite childhood memories. "She would always take me out of school and take me to Disneyland, which is really ill advised. I know! It was terrible! She was like, 'It's a landscaping lesson.' But it was really neat because to see people's imaginations like that, it did open your mind. I don't know," she said. "I'm trying to justify going to Disneyland!"
