Anna Kendrick is officially a jack-of-all-trades. Not only is she an Academy Award nominee, she can now add author to her résumé, as E! News has learned that she is set to write her own book!

The Pitch Perfect 2 star has signed on with Touchstone to pen a collection of humorous autobiographical essays, the publisher announced Thursday. The book, which remains untitled, is expected to hit shelves Fall 2016.

The essays will focus on everything from growing up in Maine to her blockbuster success on the big screen, including Up in the Air and Pitch Perfect. Working such amazing co-stars, however, definitely let Kendrick in on some once-in-a-lifetime experiences, which she'll also dish on in her book.

"I'm excited to publish my first book, and because I get uncomfortable when people have high expectations, I'd like to use this opportunity to showcase my ineptitude, pettiness, and the frequency with which I embarrass myself," said Kendrick in statement.

"And while many of my female inspirations who have become authors are incredibly well-educated and accomplished comedy writers, I'm very, very funny on Twitter, according to Buzzfeed and my mom, so I feel like this is a great idea," the statement continued. "Quick question: are run-on sentences still frowned upon? Wait, is ending a sentence with a preposition still frowned upon? I mean, upon frowned? Dammit!"

(Valid questions, Anna. Valid questions.)

Too bad we have to wait so long for it to come out, but in the meantime we can turn to her Twitter account for on-the-spot entertainment and watch her many, many movies. Her 140-character-or-less pieces of wisdom often welcome commentary from other stars, especially when she live-tweets shows such as The Bachelor.

She was gushing over contestant Ashley S., describing her as someone who probably "looks good naked," when Zach Braff chimed in. "@AnnaKendrick47 I haven't looked yet, Anna. Googling now. #blessedandhumble #PeterPanLive."

The notoriously awkward actress continued to swoon for her, writing, "ASHLEY S WILL YOU PLEASE COACH ME FOR ALL FUTURE TV INTERVIEWS THIS IS NOT A JOKE #TheBachelor," she tweeted.
