The New England Patriots quarterback posted a heartfelt tribute to his model wife Wednesday after she walked her final runway show. "Congratulations Love of my Life," he wrote. "You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway..."
It's what the 34-year-old mother of two has accomplished off the runway, though, that really impresses her man. "I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way," gushed Tom. "You never cease to amaze me. Nobody loves life more than you and your beauty runs much deeper than what the eye can see. I can't wait to see what's next. I love you. #GOAT #thebestisyettocome."
So sweet, right?! Gisele looked phenomenal strutting her stuff down the catwalk for the last time, modeling Colcci's designs during Sao Paulo Fashion Week in her native Brazil, so why even retire from the runway?
"Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop," she told the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper via Yahoo. "I respect my body; it's a privilege to be able to stop."
We'll still be seeing plenty of Gisele, though! She's expected to continue with much of her off-runway work including photo shoots and campaigns. As she put it, quitting the catwalk "will leave room for other projects I have for myself."
She also has her hands full at home with 5-year-old son Benjamin and 2-year-old daughter Vivian. Jack, Tom's 7-year-old son from his relationship with Bridget Moynahan, gets in plenty of time at the Brady-Bündchen home as well.
Gisele's future is full of possibilities, and as Tom said, the best is yet to come!
