Well, the singer's BFF and former Red tourmate Ed Sheeran was asked by ZM Online what he thought of Swift's rumored romance (the twosome haven't officially commented on their couple status or lack thereof, so we're just speculating based off of the snuggly, hand-holding pics, etc.)—and...? "He's cool," said Sheeran. "He's a really nice guy, yeah. Really really nice guy."
But would the adorable redhead be cool with Harris, 31, dating Swift, 25? "Yeah, I'd give the seal of approval with..." He digressed a little here, and not wanting to say anything out of turn, he turned the topic back to Harris. "Certain people are just nice people in the industry," he said. "So, yeah, I met him probably like a year ago—maybe a year and a half—yeah..."
"Good guy," he reiterated, "Really, really good guy!"
We believe you, boo! ZM's Fletch, Vaughan and Megan wanted to know more, though, asking Sheeran of Harris, "How did he get so hot?"
Quick and clever as always, the singer didn't miss a beat. "I think people blossom," he said, adding with a grin, "I'm still waiting!"
Oh, nonsense—Sheeran's the hottest ginger around (and don't let anybody tell you otherwise)! He's still looking for Mrs. Right, too, it seems. He wasn't single for a long time, but he recently revealed on the Kyle And Jackie O show that he and girlfriend Athina Andrelos had split after more than a year of dating.
Prior to that, Sheeran was romantically linked to Ellie Goulding.
