Even though she spends most of her time acting on the big screen, she sometimes dabbles with the small screen! While appearing on Conan Wednesday, she discussed her stint in one of Jenny Lewis' music videos, in which she had to dress up as a guy. Host Conan O'Brien praised her work but couldn't help but notice that she resembled someone in particular: Justin Bieber.
"There was some Justin Bieber in there," he said. "Minus the mustache."
"In his dreams," she joked, disagreeing with the redheaded host's assessment. "I didn't even mean that. I don't even know where that came from."
K.Stew opened up about her "obsessive" fandom for Lewis' band, Rilo Kiley, and how she didn't know if she would even be able to "breathe" when she met the singer! But she was able to overcome her nervous and awkwardness and perform as a guy to the best of her ability LOL.
After describing her awkward self to Conan, he noticed that this isn't the first time the Twilight star has clammed up at the sight of a celebrity she looks up to.
"[My awkward moments] are so rare obviously, so few and far between, that we might as well mention them on TV," she quipped of herself.
Naturally, the late-night talk show host had to mention another star-struck moment: the day she met Robert Redford. She was debuting a film at the Sundance Film Festival when she was able to meet the legendary actor who happened to ask how she was feeling. Already nervous from her film's premiere, she responded, "'I feel like I'm gonna s--t my pants.'"
And the Great Gatsby actor reassured her that was normal!
"'Good, that's how you should feel,'" he said.
The Runaways actress knows there's no escaping bad press, so she has learned to live with it. She recently old The Hollywood Reporter, "I've taken so much s--t that I'm just like, 'I'm not the winner!' I'm not gonna be let down when I don't get the pat on the back."
"I'm totally used to the kick in the ass," she added.
