Freddie Prinze Jr. is a man of many talents!

Since joining Twitter in August 2014, the Star Wars Rebel voice actor, 39, has regularly shared pictures of the delicious—and healthy—meals he cooks for wife Sarah Michelle Gellar, 37, daughter Charlotte Prinze, 5, and son Rocky Prinze, 2.

In 2016, Prinze's fans will finally be able to make similar meals for their own families when Rodale Books publishes the actor's first cookbook, Back to the Kitchen. Gellar, naturally, is writing the book's foreword.

"I have been cooking longer than I've been acting—in fact, if I hadn't made it as an actor, I'd probably be a chef today," he told E! News in a statement Wednesday. "I was actually enrolled in culinary school when I landed by first role, opposite Michelle Pfeiffer and Claire Danes in To Gillian on her 37th Birthday."

"Cooking has always been a huge part of my life—my mom encouraged me to explore the world through food and when I became a dad, I knew that I would do the same with my own kids," the She's All That star continued. "And nowadays when eating real food and enjoying home cooked meals is more important than ever, I'm thrilled to offer my fans (and would-be fans) some of the fresh, healthy and easy-to-make recipes my family and I love. And I'm so excited to be publishing with Rodale Books—their role as pioneers in the organic movement and commitment to publishing books that improve people's lives, and that of the world around them, is inspiring and feels like the perfect home for my first book."

Gellar celebrated the news by tweeting a picture from the family's kitchen.

Prinze is co-writing the book with award-winning food journalist Rachel Wharton. Back to the Kitchen will include 75 of his best recipes, plus tales from his home life.

Prinze Jr. isn't the only celebrity cookbook author, of course. 2 Chainz, Valerie Bertinelli, Teresa Giudice, Kris Jenner, Patti LaBelle, Eva Longoria, Sophia Loren, Mo'Nique, Gwyneth Paltrow, Al Roker, Amar'e Stoudemire, Stanley Tucci and Trisha Yearwood are just a few of dozens of stars to author recipe books.
