It seems like only yesterday baby Israel was still in the womb—oh wait, he was!

But long before Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard welcomed their first child into the world, the couple managed to capture the special moment when they found out the gender of their newborn.

In an exclusive sneak peek at tonight's all-new 19 Kids and Counting, the TLC twosome joins a few family members at the doctor's office to find out the important news. But before any reveal, fans get a glimpse into what the pair was feeling before the big announcement.

"Thinking about motherhood is something I've always dreamed of," Jill shares in the preview. "This is so crazy. We're going to have a baby. This is so exciting."

Derick, who thought his wife was going to have a girl, had a feeling that their upcoming arrival was going to change things for the better.

"This will be a huge game-changer in our life," Derick admits. "But our hope is that though it will be different, it will really draw us together and give us an opportunity to give up ourselves."

On Tuesday morning, E! News confirmed the couple gave birth to Israel weeks past his due date. He weighed in at a healthy 9 pounds., 10 ounces.
