The actress and supermodel stepped out in Beverly Hills on Tuesday where she was photographed exiting a medical building and appeared as if she had already lost every pound of her baby weight.
Wearing a gray sweater, black leggings and leopard print flats by Dr. Scholl's, the 41-year-old mother of two looked slim and healthy as she walked back to her car, sporting an aviator pair of shades and a mini black bucket bag.
It's hard to believe that Sims welcomed her second child with husband Scott Stuber less than one week ago (seriously, how does she look this good?!). The blond beauty announced the news via her Instagram account, captioning an aww-worthy shot of her wee one in addition to revealing her baby girl's name.
"We welcome Scarlett May Stuber into our family. Our hearts are bigger with you here," the proud parent, who is also mom to two-year-old son Brooks with Stuber, wrote.
While Sims' post-baby bod is undoubtedly insane, the Sports Illustrated stunner has previously opened up to The Bump magazine about pregnancy no. 2, revealing it was far easier than her first, during which she packed on 80 pounds.
"With baby number two, I've only gained about half of that," she shared with the publication. "I've felt much more energetic."
She was also committed to staying fit throughout her pregnancy, and clearly the hard work paid off. "I am incredibly determined more than ever to be active and healthy as I can be..." Sims wrote on her blog back in October. "If you approach your workout as drudgery, that's how it is going to feel!! I promise you can find fun ways to get yourself moving that will fuel your motivation."
