The 30-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star hit the gym Tuesday afternoon wearing a pair of spandex workout pants which just so happened to be kinda see-through under the bright glare of the paparazzi flashes!
Fortunately, Khloé's booty was ready for its closeup. She can thank genetics for that, in part, but she also puts in the work! The self-described "gym rat" also has a secret weapon working for her: Squats!
Back in September, Khloé Instagrammed a picture of herself mid-squat at the gym. Her motivation? "Because no one ever wrote a song about a small ass," she wrote, asking her trainer, "right @gunnarfitness???"
He agreed, but he's quick to point out that squats alone wouldn't result in a body like that. "Khloé works so hard," Gunnar told E! News earlier this year. "She's killing it in the gym. There are no shortcuts."
She doesn't just work on the bottom half of her bod, either—part of her routine, her trainer said, is doing plenty of plyometric pushups. "It's like doing a jump with your hands," Gunnar said. "It's where you are pushing off the bench and landing back on it. It's a lot more demanding and stressful. It really works your whole body specifically the chest, triceps, and core."
As for what goes into her bod? Khloé tries "to eat food in its closest to natural state as possible," Gunnar said. But, unlike Kim, Khloé told E! News she doesn't believe in diets. Instead? "I believe in working out and hard work and consistency," she said.
Seems like she's onto something with that!
