Scott Foley and Marika Dominczyk are now the proud parents of three children!

The Scandal star, 42, and the Brothers & Sisters actress, 34, welcomed son Konrad Foley on Nov. 13, his rep confirms to E! News. "The Foley family is overjoyed," the rep says. "Thank you for all of the well wishes!" the actor tweeted Wednesday. "@TheMeanChick and I are truly fortunate. And tired."

When Foley appeared on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! Oct. 30, he revealed that Dominczyk's due date was near. "My wife actually told me, 'Don't turn your phone off!'" he relayed. "So, that's how close we are."

Given that Jimmy Kimmel welcomed his third child in July, Foley told the late-night host, "I could use some tips. I have two [daughter Malina, 4, and son Keller, 2], but you sort of forget what happens." The actor added, "I know that the first six months, if memory serves, is the worst time of your life. As happy as you are to have a kid, mind you, the first six months my wife and I fight more than we ever fight."

"Our relationship the first six months is based solely on guilt...We always have the conversation, like, 'OK, we don't both need to be up in the middle of the night. One of us should get some sleep so the other one can take care of the other two kids,'" Foley explained. "But I know that if I don't get up with her in the middle of the night, the next day she's going to be so tired that she's going to complain."

Foley said he wasn't worried about his wife going into labor. "At this point, I've been there. I've been in the delivery room. I actually pulled my son out the second time [my wife gave birth]. The doctor was nice enough to let me do that. Now it's sort of routine, right? I hope," he said. "It hasn't happened yet."

"It's not just routine for me—it's routine for everybody who works at the hospital," the former Felicity star continued. "Because you go in you're like, 'It's gonna happen! It's gonna happen! Where do we go? Where do we go?' Even though I've been there twice before. And they're all sort of, like, sucking on lollipops. They point you to a room, the doctor's not there yet—they don't call the doctor until it's really gonna happen—it's all so nonchalant. I wish the hospital staff had more [anxiety]. They don't care at all."

Unlike some couples, Foley and Dominczyk embrace the element of surprise. "We don't find out the sex of the child until it's actually born, so my job is to say, 'It's a...!'" he said of his role in the delivery room.

Keeping their kids' genders a surprise annoyed the couple's friends and family in the past, just as it did with Baby No. 3. "People are really upset because they want to give you gifts, and it is completely opposite of what most people would want. They want to plan it out. They want to know exactly what's going to happen," he said. "And they really take out their sort of compulsions on you. It's not friendly."

In mid-October, Foley opened up to E! News about how his children were handling his wife's pregnancy. "They are more excited about chocolate," the actor admitted. "But they're semi-excited about a baby."

In fact, when diapers arrived at the family's house, he tried to show his daughter how big her youngest sibling would be. "Caillou or something was on," Foley said with a smile. "She couldn't have cared less."

Two months ago, the Foleys added another family member: Frankie, a lab mix puppy.

Don't worry, Scandal fans: asked if he plans to take paternity leave, Foley tweeted, "Ha! I'm not."
