It's been less than one month since Amanda Bynes returned to Twitter—and she has yet to show any signs of slowing down on the social media site.

Following her announcement this morning that she's been diagnosed as "bipolar and manic depressive," the troubled 28-year-old star took to Twitter sound off on her conservatorship. A judge previously ruled that Amanda's mother, Lynnwill have control over her daughter's financial and medical decisions pending a hearing set for Feb. 24, 2015. The original conservatorship hearing was held while Bynes was hospitalized on an involuntary psychiatric hold (she was released on Oct. 31).

"I'm so mad at my parents," the actress began in her latest Twitter rant. "They are with holding my belongings and money from me so I don't have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment."

Earlier this morning, Amanda tweeted that her parents have put her on a $50 a day stipend, but she has since deleted the post. "We aren't speaking," she wrote of her parents, Rick and Lynn Bynes. "So until I get a different conservator ill look terrible because I don't have enough to get new clothes or anything I need."

In October, Amanda posted tweets alleging her father had verbally, physically and sexually abused her, however, she quickly retracted her claims and deleted the posts. "My dad never did any of those things. The microchip in my brain made me say those things but he's the one that ordered them to microchip me," she wrote, later deleting the tweet. Shortly after, Amanda was hospitalized on an involuntary emergency psychiatric hold.

Prior to Amanda's hospitalization, which followed her abuse allegations, Lynn Bynes' attorney Tamar Arminak released an exclusive statement to E! News regarding her daughter's tweets. "I am heartbroken today for my husband of 47 years. Rick has been the best father and husband a family can ask for. He has never abused Amanda or our other children physically or sexually. These accusations are absolutely horrible and could not be further from the truth! These allegations stem from Amanda's mental state at the moment. They have no basis in reality. It saddens me beyond belief that my husband's character could be slandered in such a way."

Per court docs obtained by E! News, Bynes' parents previously told a judge that Amanda posed a "substantial risk to herself" and petitioned for the conservatorship by citing her erratic behavior.

The document stated that Amanda has been spending "alarming amounts" of money and has been buying gifts for strangers, including expensive jewelry from Cartier. Her net worth was also listed at $5.7 million, with her only source of income being her rental property.
