And the question that's (understandably) on everyone's mind: Is this about Justin Bieber?

Selena Gomez took to Instagram to post a cryptic message that just may be about her on-again, off-again relationship with her famous boyfriend. Gomez's selfie, a photo that only shows one eye while her hair covers most of her face (it's all very artsy and emo), is captioned with, "Class never runs scared. It is sure-footed and confident, and it can handle whatever comes along. Class has a sense of humor. It knows that a good laugh is the best lubricant for oiling the machinery of human relations."

Her reminder on what's classy comes on the heels of Biebs posting a nearly naked selfie on Instagram. Not only that, he also posted a few pictures of himself cuddling up to a couple of females, one of them being Chantel Jeffries, the same lady friend who was with the singer when he was arrested for DUI in Miami in January.

However, it doesn't look like Selena and Justin have parted ways (again).

E! News has learned that the pop star is currently in planning stages of her upcoming bash, which will include her close friends and one very controversial attendee: Bieber. And while most of the party details are still hush-hush, we do know that it will be held at a private estate in California around her special day—which is on July 22.

Something else we know? There's already some drama. "No one wants [the Biebs] to go. All her friends want him out of the picture and just want her to have a relaxing birthday with no trouble and they think he's going to dominate her attention," an insider tells us.

"She doesn't seem to care that he spends time with other women and isn't always honest with her. She's hypnotized. Her friends just want her to enjoy herself for her birthday, but if Justin attends it might complicate matters."
