If Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum were to call it quits, that would indeed be one of more shocking splits in recent memory.

Happily, according to the longtime couples themselves, that is not at all the case.

Responding to a Star magazine story that asks, "Channing Tatum & Jenna Dewan: Is the Magic Gone?" the actor-dancer-hotties and parents of year-old daughter Everly took to WhoSay to jointly slam the report.

"'@ChanningTatum? and @JennalDewanTatum? Caught in Three-way with Sasquatch in 7-11 Bathroom!' would be a more accurate headline for @Star_News?'s cover," read a post on Jenna's WhoSay page.

Star had suggested that the two haven't been seen together lately because "their three-year marriage is on the brink."

So there's also some interesting math involved, considering Jenna and Channing have been married since 2009.

Their statement continued: "But this is our world—where mags can concoct outright lies about real people in order to sell it to you as 'journalism'. Hope we all think hard about what this means and start to demand better. I know we can. Love y'all. - CT and JDT."

Meanwhile, the real deal on these two, who will mark five years of marriage on July 11, is that they can't stop gushing about each other.

Asked whether her hubby got jealous when she had to shoot love scenes with male costars, she told E! News on Monday that obviously he had nothing to worry about, not least because "I've kinda got the best at home" already.

They just celebrated Everly's first birthday on May 31, and Jenna has raved about Channing's daddy skills.

"He's amazing," the Witches of East End star said. "It's funny—he's so sensitive. He's like this really strong big guy in life, but you give him this little baby and he's like, 'Oh my god, is she going to drop? Am I doing everything OK?'"

So far, so good.
