Proving she's not afraid to show some skin, the 35-year-old Something Borrowed star dared to bare her bum by wearing a thong bikini during a vacation with her family in Ibiza, Spain, Sunday. Hudson upped the glam factor by pairing her leopard-print suit with a beaded necklace, a belly chain and a cuff bracelet.
How does the mother of two maintain her famously fit figure?
Aside from genetics (have you seen what 68-year-old Goldie Hawn looks like in a swimsuit lately?!), Hudson's been doing Pilates since age 19. "I think that was the foundation for everything that I have done," the Fabletics co-founder told E! News in May. "I like Pilates because it kind of strengthens from the inside out. It's very specific and I feel the strongest when I'm doing it because it really centers on your core."
If she can't get a full workout in, Hudson will sometimes play music and "jump around" for 20 minutes. "I don't feel good if I'm not moving my body and circulating things," she said. In fact, it inspired her to start the active wear line. "We know that when we start moving our body, it brings more dopamine and serotonin to our brains. It awakens your system," she explained. "So I try to stay motivated to be active."
Hudson continued to tan her toned tush in Ibiza Monday. That same night, her Wish I Was Here co-stars Zach Braff, Donald Faison, Ashley Greene, Joey King and Jim Parsons attended the film's L.A. premiere.
