Not only did she take the prize for Best Guest Performer In A Comedy Series for her work as Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren, but she taught us once and for all that you can't judge a book by it's TV costume. And the best part of all, this stunner is simply a vintage dress without some fancy label.
What makes the style quite so perfect? What we like to call the hat trick of fashion: killer cut, gorgeous color, and original embellishments!
This thick-strapped top with a low-cut neckline highlights the actress' strong shoulders and gives us a sexy bit of cleavage, but it's the cinched waist and straight skirt that finish off the piece so fluidly.
But in a less vibrant hue it wouldn't be nearly as hot. That metallic marigold makes the skin pop and entire body shine! The fact that it's covered in an antique bohemian style, brocade pattern is just icing on the cake.
Let this be the first of many wins for the crazy talented "Crazy Eyes" and the first of just as many A+ outfits! Though we'll probably go easy on Uzo either way. We've seen what she's capable of on that show...
