Top Chef is turning up the heat in the kitchen with its new spinoff series, Top Chef Duels, which is set to premiere on Wednesday, Aug. 6, Bravo announced on Wednesday. And the series is bringing in some pretty big names as special judges, who will sit alongside Curtis Stone, Gail Simmons, and chefs Wolfgang Puck and Hugh Acheson to critique the returning fan favorites' attempts at redemption.
The Fault in Our Stars and Divergent star Shailene Woodley will stop by the kitchen (maybe she'll give the cheftestants a holistic challenge?!), as well as Grey's Anatomy stars Kevin McKidd, Sarah Drew, Camilla Luddington, James Pickens Jr. and Jerrika Hinton. Plus, Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Andy Samberg, Melissa Fumero, Chelsea Peretti and Stephanie Beatriz, as well as producer Dan Goor, will bring some laughs to the judges' table, while Pink, Rob Zombie, Scott Ian Rosenfeld and Gary Holt will also guest-judge.
In each episode, two former Top Chef competitors, who also happen to have rivalries, will battle in three rounds, which will test their skill, creativity and speed. The winner of each episode will then move on to the high-stakes finale, which will find 10 chefs left to compete in the greatest culinary challenge of their careers, with only one contestant landing the $100,000 grand prize and a trip that will be featured in Food and Wine Magazine.

Episode 2: Shirley Chung (Top Chef New Orleans finalist) vs. Brooke Williamson (Top Chef Seattle runner up)
Episode 3: Mike Isabella (Top Chef All-Stars runner up) vs. Antonia Lofaso (Top Chef Chicago finalist)
Episode 4: CJ Jacobson (Top Chef Miami contestant) vs. Stefan Richter (Top Chef Season 5 runner up)
Episode 5: David Burke (Top Chef Masters Season 5) vs. Takashi Yagihashi (Top Chef Masters Season 4)
Episode 6: Tiffani Faison (Top Chef Season 1 runner up) vs. Dale Talde (Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef All-Star contestant)
Episode 7: Nyesha Arrington (Top Chef Texas contestant) vs. Jen Carroll (Top Chef Las Vegas finalist)
Episode 8: Stephanie Izard (Top Chef Chicago winner) vs. Kristen Kish (Top Chef Seattle winner)
Episode 9: Kevin Gillespie (Top Chef Las Vegas fan favorite) vs. Art Smith (Top Chef Masters Season 1)
