Count Busy Philipps among those who have turned a critical eye to Gwyneth Paltrow's comments about how much more difficult being a working mom can be when your job happens to be acting.

"God bless her, she really just says what she feels," the Cougar Town star and mother of two said about Paltrow during a sit-down on HuffPost Live today. "That's her reality. That's her truth. It's just not mine. I have a different reality and a different truth.

"And I know some working moms and some stay-at-home moments who also have a different reality and a different truth."

After catching some heat for an interview in which she said, "I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as...of course there are challenges, but it's not like being on set," Paltrow took to Goop to clarify that she most certainly did not mean that she had it tougher than others.

"Is it not hard enough to attempt to raise children thoughtfully, while contributing something, or bringing home some (or more) of the bacon?" the actress and lifestyle maven wrote. "Why do we feel so entitled to opine, often so negatively, on the choices of other women? Perhaps because there is so much pressure to do it all, and do it all well all at the same time (impossible)."

Well, people are still opining.

"Being a working mom, I've got it made," Philipps continued to extol the joys of her profession. "I'm on a TV show where my hiatus is [my kids'] summer, so I'm free to be with them in the summer time. I'm able to afford full-time help because of what I do. My husband also works, and my nanny makes my life doable and so easy."

"I feel like, for me, I have nothing to complain about in that regard...I don't ever feel like I have to stop myself from complaining about how hard it is to be an actress," Philipps added. "I mean, it's not that hard."

So, a couple of meows from the set of Cougar Town.

Interestingly, Paltrow also found herself targeted today for comments she made this week about what it's like to be constantly criticized via the Internet.

"It's almost like how, in war, you go through this bloody, dehumanizing thing, and then something is defined out of it," the Oscar winner said about Internet trolls at the tech-centric Code Conference.

Cindy McCain, wife of Sen. John McCain, who spent time in a POW camp while serving in Vietnam, tweeted: "Gweneth Paltrow is a joke. Her life is like taking bullets for a soldier. What a joke! My 2 sons serving in the military should talk to her.

"Perhaps Gweneth [sic] Paltrow should go out on patrol with some soldiers," she added, "Kind of like a Red Carpet in her mind I guess!"
