Bill Rancic and Giuliana Rancic take their friends on a tropical getaway to Tahiti...but that's not the only surprise!
After surviving the helicopter ride out to their island resort, Giuliana waits until pool time to announce to her friends the real reason why they're there.
"The reason behind this trip is obviously 'cause we love you guys and we love hanging out together and traveling together," Giuliana begins.
"We thought, 'Let's go to Tahiti to this gorgeous resort,'" she continues. "And spend a week getting group therapy!"
