Over the weekend, the 37-year-old actor was spotted strolling around London arm-in-arm with the British model after a nice dinner together. However, Bloom's ex Miranda Kerr is clearing up any rumors that they might be a budding new couple.

"They're just friends," Kerr recently told the Mail Online of the romance reports. "They've been friends for years."

"We spoke about it, we speak every day," the 31-year-old model and mother of one added. "It's fine."

Kerr can relate to rumors like the Bloom-Paine dating report. The brunette beauty was most recently rumored to be romancing Australian billionaire James Packer.

"People try to put me together with people I've been friends with for years," she said. "As long as I know the truth and people close to me know the truth, that's all that matters. At the end of the day I can't be phased by other people's opinions, and people are entitled to their opinion."

Kerr recently covered Harper's Bazaar and opened up about her split from Bloom. The lovebirds went separate ways last year after three years of marriage.

"Everyone goes through challenging periods in their life," she said. "That's inevitable and it's part of being human. I feel like it's a daily process to be positive. It's something that's a choice and I have different tools, like meditation, even prayer—my grandmother taught me to pray when I was young—and just finding that inner peace."
