The beautiful Aussie supermodel and former husband Orlando Bloom announced their separation in October 2013 after three years of marriage, and now it looks as though Kerr may have a new man in her life. Who, you ask? Well, that would be Australian billionaire James Packer.
Although a source tells E! News, "Miranda isn't dating anyone," adding, "They are friends and have known each other a long time but that's it," another insider close to both Kerr and Packer tell us she is definitely seeing him. The pair was first spotted together back in December, and if they are indeed a couple, it's only fair that we get to know the guy a little better, right?

Yep, We Said Billionaire: Forbes has listed Packer's net worth at $6 billion and has declared him as the 3rd richest man in Australia. That's partially thanks to selling his pay-TV company Consolidated Media Holdings to News Corp for a cool billion and having his own gaming company, Crown Ltd, which owns casinos in Australia and a joint venture in Macau.
He Has Three Kids: Packer announced that he had separated from his wife, Erica Baxter, in September 2013, just a month prior to Kerr and Bloom's split. The two were married in 2007 in a lavish ceremony on the French Riviera and have three young children together: Indigo, Jackson Lloyd and Emmanuelle Sheelah.
He Has a Type: Speaking of exes, it's clear to see that Packer can appreciate a woman's beauty (in case you didn't already get that from him spending time with Miranda Kerr). His romance history includes former model Jennifer Flavin and U.S. model-turned-actress Joan Severance. He was also previously engaged to Aussie model-actress Kate Fisher and was married for three years to Aussie swimsuit model Jodhi Meares. Did we mention he likes Aussie models?
The Hollywood Connection: Along with being buddies with Tom Cruise, Packer recently took on a business venture with the movie financing company RatPac-Dune Entertainment where he agreed to fund up to 75 films with Warner Bros, along with Dune's Steven Mnuchin and filmmaker Brett Ratner. Their first film? That one flick with Sandra Bullock and George Clooney called Gravity. You might have heard of it.
He Can Get Scrappy: Photos of Packer being involved in a street brawl surfaced on the Internet today. E! News learned that the fight was about the Aussie billionaire hearing of a channel 9 News truck (the network he used to own) parked near his house in Bondi Beach, and believed it was there to film him and Kerr together.
He furiously texted the head honcho at channel 9, David Gyngell, who ended up driving to Packer's home in Sydney, outraged that he'd made the false claim. According to sources, Gyngell sat on the hood of the car and waited. Once Packer returned, a fight broke out.
While the idea of Packer fighting to protect his rumored girlfriend's privacy seems kinda sweet (although violence is never the answer, kids), another source tells E! News, "That street fight had nothing to do with Miranda."
