Who made our list this time? First up is Carrie Underwood, who looked so romantic in a beautiful Claire Pettibone gown with rose detailing at the Time 100 Gala in NYC, and Lea Michele also looked stunning in a black and nude beaded Naeem Khan number at a charity benefit in Los Angeles.
There's also a lot of ultra-bright dresses in our roundup this week. Mindy Kaling is a master of electric colors, and she looked amazing in a shocking pink outfit at the Hulu Upfront presentation in NYC.
Zooey Deschanel also made high marks for her for form-fitting turquoise dress, and Zoë Saldana had one of our favorite prints of the week. Her blue and white Roksanda Ilincic number was a breath of fresh spring air.
