Giuliana Rancic's entrepreneur husband shows his softer side by meeting up with Adam, a 10-year-old brain cancer survivor who wants Bill to be his dad for a day.
"His mom sent me a letter explaining to me that he's been battling brain cancer," Bill reveals. "And when I read the letter I knew I had to meet with him."
During a lunch with Adam and his mother, Bill pulls out a special surprise for the 10-year-old that brought tears to his eyes.
