She teased us about it on Friday, but come Grammy time, Taylor Swift delivered exactly what the fans wanted.

The multiple Grammy nominee performed "All Too Well," a ballad from her fourth studio album, Red, tonight at the 2014 Grammy Awards. This was her first time playing it live at an awards show—only fans who went to see Swift on her Red tour have seen her perform this song.

Sitting at a piano adorned with her lucky number 13 and looking lovely in a flowing dress, Taylor looked visibly emotional while belting out the breakup song. And of course, we got plenty of head-banging and hair-whipping once she really got going.

"All Too Well" is allegedly about ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal and it includes such heartbreaking lyrics as: "You called me up just to break me like a promise/ So casually cruel in the name of being honest." It's also considered by most of her fans to be one of the best, if not the best song she's ever written. It's a very emotional track, so much so that the first time we heard it we were like this.

She was gifted with a standing ovation at the end of her performance, and both her mom and her dad were shown clapping proudly in the audience for their daughter.

Tonight Taylor is nominated for Album of the Year, Best Country Duo/Group Performance, Best Country Song and Best Country Album.
