Spring beauty ruled the red carpet

It's official: Spring beauty has hit the red carpet.

At tonight's 2014 SAG Awards, stars rocked romantic pinks on their lids, cheeks and lips. As for hair, soft waves and undone updos returned after being basically shut out of last week's 2014 Golden Globes.

Cate Blanchett, who complemented her pale pink Givenchy gown with matching eye shadow, blush and lip gloss. You'd think it would be overwhelming but the Blue Jasmine actress struck the perfect balance. Also borrowing a few swipes from the rosy palette was Kerry Washington, who sported a more raspberry shade lipstick, which pair perfectly with her Prada crop top. The Scandal star also pulled off an elegant bun with a simple black headband.

But the gold star for updos goes to Elisabeth Röhm. The American Hustle actress's curly chignon was a red carpet triumph and a bride's dream 'do.
