The former Teen Mom star flaunted her figure during a bikini photo shoot in Malibu, Calif., and at some point decided to ditch the top half of her nude two-piece to really show off her new(er) boobs.
Abraham smiles at the camera as the light from the sunset hits her skin, while still grasping her bikini top to partially cover her breasts.
(However, Farrah also let it all hang out in some of the photos.)
The reality star confirmed through a tweet recently that she decided to go under the knife again for another breast augmentation, taking her from a C-cup to a D-cup.
