Mila Kunis' Alleged Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

Man who tried to make unlawful contact with the star professes his innocence in court

Mila Kunis' gym rat is spoiling for a fight.

Stuart Lynn Dunn, the man accused of repeatedly harassing the 28-year-old actress, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a pair of felony charges, E! News confirms.

Appearing in an L.A. courtroom, Dunn, 27, formally entered a not guilty plea to one count of stalking in violation of a restraining order and another count of stalking.

LAPD collared Dunn on May 4 outside Kunis' Beverly Hills fitness center after he showed up there three days in a row and attempted to meet her. He has been in custody ever since in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Today's proceedings came two weeks after Detective John Gregozek testified at a preliminary hearing that Kunis "was scared" of Dunn and believed he had "crazy eyes" and looked like he "could eat" her. The investigator added that the Ted star "feared for her safety," especially after Dunn violated a restraining order she obtained against him in February after he squatted in a vacant condo owned by Kunis.

Dunn's due back in court for a pretrial hearing on Aug. 1. If convicted of the charges, he faces up to four years in prison.
