While the talk show host's pixie cut has been around for years, de Rossi has famously worn her thick, blond tresses long for most of her acting career.
From the looks of de Rossi's radiant smile, it looks like she's a fan of her new look!
DeGeneres and de Rossi began dating in 2004 and said "I do" in 2008.
