Katy Perry continues to unload the parts of her that don't matter anymore.
The pop star has sold the TriBeCa penthouse she bought a month before her ill-fated vow swap with Russell Brand, according to various media reports.
Presumably she thought they'd share many happy days of holy matrimony in the 1,500-square-foot duplex on North Moore Street with sweeping views of New York City. But now, the only thing left to figure is whether or not she took a loss.
Happily, she didn't.
Perry unloaded the place for the same amount she bought it for in September 2010: $2.75 million.
At the time, she and Brand had already bought a four-bedroom home in L.A.'s Los Feliz neighborhood. They put that on the market last May and moved into a bigger place in the Hollywood Hills.
Brand, who filed for divorce in December, has since agreed to leave the $6.5 million house in Perry's hands.
Whether she'll ever want to take Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd there for a nightcap remains to be seen.
