What does success smell like? Is it a stack of crisp bills, or fresh leather interior in a luxurious Rolls Royce?

Fortunately, Donald Trump gave us a whiff of his success secrets on tonight's episode of Celebrity Apprentice.

With so much dirty laundry already out in the open, everyone had to really step things up in order to stay in the game. Who else senses trouble ahead?

This week, the teams were tasked with designing an in-store display for Donald's new fragrance named, what else, "Success by Trump." Let's hope this scent rubs off on a project manager for a chance to win $100,000 for his or her charity.

Clay Aiken volunteered as project manager for Team Forte, and Aubrey O'Day for Team Aubrey Unanimous.

Instead of their usual bickering, Aubrey and Arsenio Hall used the beginning of this task as a chance to bond. Aubrey hopped on Arsenio to take pictures of New York's skyline for their display. The mood quickly shifted when Aubrey sent her team on gofer tasks, leaving her with total control.

Aubrey called on Eric Trump to be a part of Unanimous' display, playing a young Donald Trump. Eric seemed flattered to have his modeling debut, but he questioned Aubrey's motives and raised his level of expectation for her.

Meanwhile, Lisa Lampanelli stuck her nose where it didn't belong—in the other team's workspace to spy on their display. She discovered a very similar design to her own team's strategy. Do we smell a rat?

Penn Jillette conceived the slogan for the fragrance as, "You Earned It." However, at their presentation, Clay's words fell about as flat as a flimsy cardboard display after he pitched to the executives. The slogan was perceived as pompous and not in line with the brand.

Trump had an extremely tough time deciding on a winning team, so he changed the terms of the prize. Although, no one went home a loser since he awarded each celeb with $10,000 for their charities. Ultimately, Team Unanimous won the challenge; earning Aubrey a total of $50,000 for her charity, GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network.

Clay brought Penn and Dayana Mendoza back to the doghouse. It all came down to the slogan, which totally reeked. Therefore, Penn got the boot.

Do you think the Donald was right to fire Penn Jillette? After all, when he knows, he nose.
